Hi everyone, today we are going to talk about an intense
emotional response usually involving agitation, malice or retribution. I think
you must have got it about what i am going to talk, it’s Anger.
Anger is an emotion characterized by antagonism toward
someone or something you feel has deliberately done you wrong. Anger can be a
good thing. It can give you a way to express negative feelings or motivate you
to find solution of problems. But as we all know that excess of anything is
harmful, same as excessive anger can cause problems. Increased blood pressure
and physical changes associated with anger make it difficult to think straight
and harm your physical and mental health.
Anger is that much strong thing which
can even destroy or stole your strong relationships from you. I am not just
talking about it, this thing actually happened with me, when i was in my school
times i have a best-friend, we both fought over something, i spoke wrong in
anger my friend spoke wrong to me in anger and from that day onward's i am not
able to talk to the person, whom i once called my best friend.
TIPS FOR CONTROLLING ANGER-

Take a break as soon as you recognize that
you’re angry.

Breathe deeply.
·
Visualize a ‘’happy place’’.
·
Practice positive self-talk.
·
Engage in physical activity.
·
Go to sleep.
·
Try to see some humor in what angered you.
