Bad Habits





Today i am going to talk on a thing which is part of everyone’s life, yes everybody has that thing in themselves and that is bad habit’s. First of all let me tell you what are habit’s these are the things we do mostly, you don’t think before doing these things it just happens by their own.
As every coin has 2 sides same there are 2 types of habits, which are Good Habits and Bad Habits.
Let’s first talk about Good Habits, these are those habits which are helping ourself to improve and that improvement can be of any form. For example- working out daily, reading books daily, e.t.c.
On the other hand there are Bad Habits, these are those habits which do not improve anything neither physically nor mentally. Sometimes they can be dangerous for us
As we all know that everyone have some good habits and also some bad habits. There is no one in this world who don’t have any good habit or don’t have any bad habit, everyone has both good and bad habits.


Now let’s talk about how to get rid of your bad habit’s.
·         Disconnect yourself from the thing  which make you feel to do or move towards your bad habit.
·         Try to not to do your bad habit for 28 days, because when you don’t do a thing for 28 days then that will be your daily routine but at least 28 days.
·         Meet your friends, spend your time with your family.
·         Talk to your friends and family because that will distract you to not to move toward your bad habit.
·         Try to inculcate new good habits.
